Where cancellation is agreed, any refund will be made to the original payer using the same payment method.
We ask customers to check the product upon delivery and installation and confirm that it has been received in good condition.
If a product develops a fault after delivery, please contact us within 14 days so we can inspect and, if appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
